Must have a Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in investment banking.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Capital markets, MA BuySide, SellSide, Valuation and Fairness Opinions, and Shareholder Activism Defense, Debt Capital Markets, and Equity equitylinked Capital Markets;br Financial modelling including forecasting financials, DCF valuation, LBO valuation, and comparable analysis;br Identifying, structuring, and negotiating strategic MA deals;br Due diligence of underlying investments;br Participating in the preparation of materials describing the business, market positioning, and financial condition of clients; andbr Transactional Experience in both buyside and sellside mandates.br br Up to 25 domestic and international travel required.
