Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering or a related engineering field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience conducting product development related to HVACR equipment. In lieu of a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in the above stated fields and 4 years of experience as stated, the company will accept a masters or foreign equivalent degree in the above mentioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated. Also requires 2 years of experience working in an engineering lab environment; working with crossfunctional teams and leading other engineers and lab technicians; and designing experiments, interpreting experimental data, conducting analysis, drawing conclusions and preparing summary reports. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
