RAND ENGINEERING ARCHITECTURE, DPC – $105,602.00/Year

Must be Registered Architect in the State of NY. Must have Masters Degree in Architectural Engineering or Historic Preservation Engineering or US equivalent plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with similar job duties. Must have 2 years of experience working in the Architecture and Historic Preservation Industry utilizing skills such as Rope Access Inspection, preparing Specifications and Architectural Details, AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, Autodesk Revit, Google Sketchup, Rhino. Must possess and maintain a valid SPRAT Level 1 certification, NYC DOB 16 HR Suspended Scaffold User Training Card, NYC DOB SST 4HR Supported Scaffold User Training Card and OSHA 30 hours Construction Safety and Health Card.
