Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accessory Design, Fashion Design or a related field and 3 years of experience as a footwear designer for a Commercial Footwear Design Company, including 3 years of experience in the following generating realistic computer rendered CADS for design presentations via Photoshop Illustrator; partnering with and presenting to Senior Leadership; hand sketching; footwear pattern making; all types of footwear constructions; commercializing seasonal trends to fit our consumers needs; and working with international vendors, factories and sourcing materials. Requires 1 year of experience with technical sneaker and outsole design; Rhino and the creatingdevelopment of new hardware; and working and sourcing sustainable materials and components. Partial telecommuting permitted.
