Experience must have included IT experience in support and development of departmentwide and enterprisewide applications; Programming using Smallworld Magik; At least two full lifecycle implementations or upgrades of Smallworld GIS applications; Analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of Smallworld GIS applications; Performing analytical problemsolving; IT technical leadership in at least one moderate sized 6 months project; and Integrating Smallworld GIS with an enterprise asset management system.
