Must possess a Masters Degree in Strategic Design and Management, Design Strategy, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a User Experience Design role. Must also possess experience with i collaborating with government agencies on design process improvement projects for vulnerable populations; ii coordinating process improvement projects and project teams composing of both internal and external team members and stakeholders; iii HumanCentered Design methods including generative research, user testing, facilitating workshops, and using digital sensemaking tools such as Sketch or Figma; iv Strategic Design methods including system mapping, strategic foresight, or business modeling; v Service Design methods such as service blueprints, journey mapping, and codesign; vi User Experience Design methods including user flow mapping, wire framing, and digital prototyping; and vii Capacity Building including knowledge sharing, storytelling, and curriculum building. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office.
