Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting,br Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6 years ofbr postbachelors, progressive related work experience in commercial, corporate, orbr investment banking.br br Must have an active CFA charterholder designation.br br Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following Financial and credit analysis, including analyzing financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and US GAAS for credit investments; Utilizing Microsoft Excel to develop and analyze financial models to measure private asset risk, including running downside scenarios and reviewing financial projections; Participating in fullcycle credit investment transaction process including due diligence, structuring, legal negotiation, closing and portfolio management; Reviewing IFRS, US GAAP, and US GAAS accounting policies for credit investments; Analyzing and presenting investment opportunities to internal Investment Committees or equivalent bodies; and Investment computer tools, including Capital IQ, Black Mountain, Sentieo, or Bloomberg.br br Travel required up to 10 within the US and internationally.br br Occasional telecommuting may be permitted depending on business needs.
