Requires a Masters, of foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus one 1 year of postbaccalaureate experience as a Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer, Finance Manager, or related position, in the real estate industry. Experience must include GAAP in practice, journal entries, reconciliations and inventory management, internal accounting systems, including Mainframe, and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for both data storage and manipulation.
