Bachelors degree in biology, biotechnology, food science or a closely related biological science field plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Research and Development Analyst, Operations Analyst, or a closely related field. Related two years of experience must be in the meat manufacturing or processing industry and must include knowledge of specialized industrial meat manufacturing machinery including slicing machines.
