Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of postbachelor, progressive, related work experience.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Identifying, organizing, and analyzing extensive technical and financial data sets, with acute attention to detail;br Develop cost forecasts, and develop automation to identify variances between budgets, incurred costs, and forecasts over time;br Utilizing project scheduling software Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to develop critical path method schedules to assess resource loading; andbr Conducting project revenue, profitloss, risk analysis, and other analytics as part of assessing project profitability.br br 80 telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.br br Travel up to 80 is required.
