Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Organizational Management, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience of which 5 years are postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Organizational Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Structuring and leading complex human capital change management programs;br Performing assessment of change readiness, leadership alignment, and organizational impact;br Changing an organizations vision and strategy by performing at least one of the following organizational design, training strategies, curricula and course development andor culturalbr transformation plans; andbr Defining project workflows, managing resources, and prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results.br br Travel up to 80 is required.
