Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have an active US CPA or foreign equivalent.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Advising on accounting issues in at least one of the following areas acquisitions, alliancesjoint ventures, post deal accounting, restructurings, restatements, or bankruptcies;br Applying US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, and reporting concepts and rules to resolve client issues; andbr Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.br br 80 telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.br br Travel up to 60 required.
