Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 6 six years of related work experience of which 5 years are postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 4 four years of related work experience.br br Certifications required US CPA license or foreign equivalent.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Working with Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including predeal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, andor postclose transformation;br Conducting resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates;br Programming and data mining in at least two of the following Oracle Analytics, MS SQLServer, MS Access, SAS, Tableau or Qlikview, Hadoop, NoSQL andor other Big Data Technologies; andbr Developing financial statements and deals related financial and operational analyses.br br Travel up to 80 is required.
