Requires a Bachelors or Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Data and Analytics, or related field. Requires progressive postbachelors experience 2 years with Masters, 5 years with Bachelors. Must also include some experience with each of the following skills Descriptive andor indepth data analysis by extracting, cleaning, formatting, summarizing and analyzing large volumes of data using technologies such as SAS and SQL; Business IntelligenceData visualization tools e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI etc. to develop Dashboards for reporting and advanced analytics; Complex analytical projects with diverse teams and develop data driven solutions for better business decision making; Demonstrated projectbr management skills as well as ability to work efficiently with cross functional teams to lead or support various reportinganalytics initiatives; Engagement with business stakeholders tobr understand project specifications, outline, develop and finalize business requirements and functional requirements documents; Mentored junior analysts, prioritize and manage the delivery of various reportinganalytics projects to business stakeholders; HEDIS measures; and knowledge of healthcare business operations, healthcare informatics and healthcare information standards such as HL7, CPT, ICD 910, LOINC.
