Requires a Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Health Care Informatics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics or closely related field. Position requires progressive, postBachelors experience 2 years with Masters, 5 years with Bachelors, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Building reports using Business Objects, SQL, Statistical Analysis System SAS, and Power BI; Preparing reporting on healthcare information in compliance with healthrelated regulatory requirements; Managing EXL resources, including maintaining project status reports and liaising between SMEs, Managers, and resources; Visualizing reports using Tableau, and training others on Tableau workflows, design and development; and Managing Tableau dashboard projects status and providing training, demoing, and modification direction on dashboards; and Gathering Business requirement to execute reporting and analysis, to perform interpretations and conclusions, and to prepare recommendations.
