Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, Construction Engineer, Cost Estimator, Engineering Assistant or related position. Must have experience with construction project scheduling, Time Impact Analyses TIA, cost estimating, and evaluating the effectiveness of the cost estimating process.br br Employer accepted any suitable combination of education, training or experience consistent with H.4 through H.10 above.
