Prior experience must include 5 years with each of the following a regulated electric utility experience; b contact center experience; c IVR; d SIP, VOIP, WebRTC, Siri, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana and Polly; and e Agile methodologies.br br Prior experience must include 3 years with each of the following a DevOps; b Solutions Architecture; and c Public, Private, Hybrid Cloud experience.
