This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Physics, Metallurgy or in a related field.br br 3 years of experience in Mechanical Systems or related field.br br 1. Experience using a 3D CAD modeling package such as CREO or Solidworks;br 2. Experience with design, operations, and testing, including two stroke and four stroke thermodynamics processes, operation, and manufacturing processes of engine components, of one or more of the following Powertrain Design Categories Engine Architecture, Power Cylinder, Crank train, Cylinder Head, Crankcases, Valvetrain, Intake and Exhaust Systems, Fuel Systems, Lubrication Systems;br 3. Experience with engineering, designing, calculating component loading and component stresses analyzing structural stresses of a component and systems, and properly selecting materials and processes in order to design complex forgings, castings and machined parts;br 4. Experience with identification, implementation and leading complex component and system designs and process changes to improve those designs and process methods with tangible and measurable results in efficiency andor performance.br 5. Experience with leading and contributing to root cause analysis and problem solving of complex mechanical issues specifically related to engines andor engine components.br 6. Experience working with GDT, FMEA, FEA, CFD analysis tools in performing multiple component assembly dimensional stack calculations.br 7. Experience coordinating with domestic and international technology partners including but not limited to suppliers, contract engineering services, marketing staff and consumers.
