Five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation evaluating and recommending financial and strategic alternatives, including analyzing mergers, acquisitions, equity raising, and other strategic combinations; executing Merger and Acquisition MA and capital markets transactions, including performing due diligence and valuation analysis; performing analysis using corporate finance models, including merger models, discounted cash flow models and leverage buyout models; and developing client relationships and preparing marketing materials and recommendations leading to investment decisions. Three 3 years of experience in all of the above skills must be within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector. 10 travel required. In the alternative the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in the abovelisted fields and three 3 years of experience in the abovelisted skills. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
