Technical integrations for Health Information Exchanges HIE as in entities, not the verb in the US, Canada and globally; Business dynamics of HIEs in the US, especially with TEFCA, QHIN, funding; Radiology, cardiology and oncology clinical workflows; Technical knowledge on modern technology including cloud computing, storage, networks, databases, operating systems, analytics, IT security, and physical servers; Technical knowledge of interoperability protocols including but not limited to IHE profiles XDSIXCAI, DICOM, HL7, and other industry standards; Crossenterprise EMR discrete data and medical image exchanges; Experience in navigating a multinational, complex matrix organization.br br Bachelors or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or related field and seven 7 years of postbaccalaureate, progressive experience in job offered or related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent, employer will accept two 2 years of additional related work experience for each year missing toward a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent.
