Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience must include Designing and developing clearance and settlement application domains, including DTCC, FED, Continuous Netting Settlement CNS, Passenger markets, Omnibus markets, 15a6 Settlements, and Balance orders; Utilizing mainframe technologies including CICS, COBOL, and DB2 Database for backend processing and distributing technologies for front end screen development in order to validate adherence to technology standards policies; Designing and developing Segregation applications which comply with SEC 15C33 rule to segregate customer assets from marginable securities by a broker dealer; Adhering to SWIFT messaging standards and processing these messages for communicating with different depositories in the world to settle the trade; and Resolving complex system problems utilizing Waterfall Methodology.
