The Architectural Interior Designer II will interact closely with the office in Ecuador to mentor and supervise these junior team members. In addition to communicating with Spanishspeaking team members in Ecuador, there will be an exchange of complex technical documentation and information. There is translation assistance needed as we anticipate the need to translate highly technical documents between Spanish and English, and Spanish language skills would be required in this translation. Therefore, a legitimate business necessity exists to justify the Spanish fluency requirement.
