The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular position, because an Architectural Interior Designer II is an advanced role within our structure supervising lower level employees, and doing high level technical work using stateofthe art tools and technologies. The work involves complex skills that require employees in this position to hold a high level of relevant technical qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of an Architectural Interior Designer II in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.br br Further to H.13 above FOREIGN LANGUAGE required The employer has an office in Guayaquil, Ecuador and is building junior teams there. The Architectural Interior Designer II will interact closely with the office in Ecuador to mentor and supervise these junior team members. In addition to communicating with Spanishspeaking team members in Ecuador, there will be an exchange of complex technical documentation and information. There is translation assistance needed as we anticipate the need to translate highly technical documents between Spanish and English, and Spanish language skills would be required in this translation. Therefore, a legitimate business necessity exists to justify the Spanish fluency requirement.
