Requires a Bachelors degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have 5 years of experience with the following Food science and new product development within the foodconsumer packaged goods industry for established brands in a matrix organization; Developing people and teams as it relates to innovation for new products; Experience in shelf stable, low moisture snack food product development; Experience in commercializing snack food products for launch and overcoming complex technical challenges within diverse team; Experience working with product formulation and navigating ambiguity; Delivery of consumer centric design methodologies including cocreation, codesign, concept testing and optimization testing; and Engagement in development, coaching and culture building activities.
