The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular position, because a Data Engineer is a critical role involving highly technical work using stateoftheart tools and technologies. The work includes translating and analyzing complex user requirements to distill them into concise documents; monitoring production jobs; creating and modifying ERP reports; and creating and modifying ETL jobs in Python or SSIS. It involves complex skills that require employees in this position to hold a high level of relevant qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Data Engineer in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
