Must have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience in Mechanical Engineering and Design.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Maintaining, troubleshooting and conducting root cause failure analysis on rotating equipment and on pumping systems for rotating equipment in a nitrogen fertilizer process plant;br br Monitoring thermodynamics of compression and expansion cycles; andbr br Applying Lubrication and Vibration practices for rotating equipment.br br Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience utilizing each of the followingbr br Bently Nevada System 1 condition monitoring software;br br Emerson AMS asset monitoring and health analysis technologies;br br Honeywell Uniformance Process History Database PHD; andbr br Aspen InfoPlus.21.br br Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience 1 Specifying, designing, and purchasing; 2 Evaluating and monitoring; 3 Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing; AND 4 Optimising performance ofbr br Siemens Steam turbines, including SST, TUW, or TUG;br br Siemens Compressors, including Horizontally and vertically split singleshaft centrifugal compressors;br br DresserRand Steam turbines, including Turbodyne, Terry, Moore, Worthington, Coppus, or Murray;br br DresserRand compressors, including Dresser Rand Clark, Dresser Rand Datum, or Ingersoll Rand; andbr br DelavalDemag Steam turbines and compressors.br br Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally 5 of the time to meet business needs.br br May be required to relocate to various unanticipated company sites throughout the US.
