Position requires a Bachelors in Engineering, construction management, or related, and 5 years of progressive construction experience, including some experience in each of the following skills Managing simple project budgets, and create and schedule a project; Knowledge of cost and change management; Project management, scheduling, and estimating software PM3,PM4, PDC, Textura, Primavera 6, and BEST Estimating; Identifying staffing and hourly labor issues; and Application of safety and environment principlesprocedures.
