Specifically, he was employed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP quot;Paul, Weissquot; from September 12, 2016 to January 22, 2017 as a Law Clerk, Corporate Unassigned, from January 23, 2017 to September 30, 2018 as a Junior Associate, Corporate Unassigned, from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019 as a Junior Associate, Capital Markets Securities Group, and from October 1, 2019 to February 5, 2021 as a MidLevel Associate, Capital Markets Securities Group. Further, he was employed by Torys LLP as an Associate, CorporateCapital Markets Group from February 8, 2021 to June 18, 2021. He resumed employment with Paul, Weiss on August 9, 2021 as a Senior Associate, Capital Markets Securities Group and continues to be employed in this position. His over 4 years of experience includes providing support to senior attorneys in high yield 500m transactions including initial public offerings, equity, debt and hybrid securities offerings.br br Please note that the positions of Law ClerkJr. Associate, Corporate Unassigned and JuniorMidLevel Associate, Capital Markets Securities Group are not substantially comparable to the offered position of Senior Associate, Capital Markets and Securities Group, as the positions require different job duties in excess of 50 of the time.
