Experience building strategic frameworks and informing seasonal marketing strategies; Experience managing key stakeholder relationships Business Units, Regions and cross functional partners and prioritizing initiatives feedback; Experience managing the global gotomarket process for an entire marketing organization; Experience defining and implementing the best internal process to bring the marketing strategies to life; Experience managing daytoday changes of seasonal marketing plans; Knowledge of channel ecommerce, retail, wholesale and regional NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC, JP marketing in order to collaboratively develop seasonal marketing plans and ensure a consistent brand messaging across all customer touch points; Experience maintaining a global brand budget; Knowledge of the outdoor industry market and outdoor industry trends; and Experience building and implementing new budget processes, including; 1 build a new budget structure, 2 align marketing strategy and marketing budget, 3 track budget spend of key seasonal marketing initiatives.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
