H.S. diploma or equivalent, ability to safely operate John Deere equipment used on the farm, including tractors, trucks and wagons, sprayers, combines, cotton pickers and GPS systems, understanding of irrigation systems, ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some holidays during busy periods, physical ability to move about the farm, perform machinery maintenance and climb in and out of farm machinery.
