Must include 2 years of experience in job, as VP, Counsel or closely related occupation managing corporate transactions, working across domestic and international jurisdictions, negotiating transactional documents for mediaentertainment industry and with MA practice in a law firm or corporate legal department for a multinational organization and understanding of relevant MA case law, securities laws, antitrust and regulatory considerations.
