Bachelors degree in Business, International Business, or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent, and three years of experience working as a manager in a customer service department of a multinational corporation in the heavyduty truck manufacturing industry, which must include 3 years of experiencebr br Applying Six Sigma and Kaizen continuous improvement methodologies to lead capital investment projects related to core returns for truck parts remanufacturing, designing layouts for receiving, processing, and shipping lines, as well as ensuring suppliers core acceptance criteria is met during the inspection process, and working with excess inventory returns and scrap processes as part of the reverse logistics process;br Advising on new project launches in Mexico, determining supply chain management strategy, and utilizing market knowledge of Mexican suppliers to launch new product lines for Central and South American Dealers, ensuring that the international supply chain is meeting customs regulations;br Mitigating risks related to international export and import trade compliance, utilizing FTAs Free Trade Agreements to reduce and eliminate tariffs and address border barriers that would otherwise impede the flow of materials; andbr Leading a customer service and aftermarket support department for an international dealer network, including implementing new processes to comply with Mexican regulations for processing orders, backorders, lead times, expediting orders, invoicing, cross dock material, discrepancies damages, shortages, lost shipments, incorrect parts, etc., warranty claims, miscellaneous credits requests, technical support for parts replacements, and applications.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.
