Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent, and two years of mechanical engineering experience in the commercial vehicle industry, which includes six months of experience in Validation of IUMPR In Use Monitor Performance Ratio for diesel engine aftertreatment system onboard diagnostics to meet CARB California Air Resources Board regulations; Demonstration of inducing fault conditions via failed parts and software simulation tools for onboard diagnostic performance on diesel engine aftertreatment systems; and Invehicle validation testing using Cummins Calterm calibration tool to analyze behavior of diesel engine aftertreatment systems. Experience may be gained concurrently.br br Travel to Mount Vernon, Washington, two to three times a year.
