Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field plus two years of related experience. Requires 2 years of experience with the following Time and Task Management of Areas of Design Responsibility; AutoCAD; Revit MEP; Microsoft Office; Newforma; Engineering Programs; Construction Administration; Reviewing Submittals during Construction; Producing Meeting Reports and Punch Lists; Standard Design Techniques; Basic Engineering Calculations; Preparation of Construction Estimates and Specifications for Small Size Projects; Creation of Reports.
