3 years of experience leading supply chain duties to support New Product Introduction NPI programs including defining scope, understanding engineering requirements, strategic sourcing, and program management, to effectively launch product on time.br br 2 years of experience leading continuous improvement CI projects in supply chain operations using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.br br 2 years of experience digitizing supply chains by implementing and establishing workflows for Enterprise Resource Planning ERP, Material Requirements Planning MRP, and Product Lifecycle management PLM systems.br br 2 years of experience managing printed circuit boards assemblies, complex electronic assemblies, and contract manufacturing services to support NPI and sustain production.br br 2 years of experience with Request for Quote RFQ, Request for Proposal RFP, costing analysis, negotiations, supplier evaluation, supplier qualification, and supplier selection processes.br br 2 years of experience supporting ISO 9001 Quality Management System external audits and representing the company management to auditors.br br Domestic and international travel is required 15 of the time.
