Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Requires at least two 2 years of prior experience as an Associate or similar professional position working in Operations or Product. Must include experience performing Product prioritization, including OKRgoal design, roadmap set up, and stakeholder management; performing Process design improvement using Scrum, process mapping visualization of process workflows, requirements gathering, conducting of user interviews, data analysis SQL, and writing up of product requirement documents; performing endtoend product launch; and working directly with Engineering and design.
