Requires 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience working in a contract and permanent recruitment salesbusiness development role within the energy industry. Also required is 3 years of recruitment experience in the Oil Gas, LNG, Renewables, andor Mining industries. Must also possess 2 years of experience with statement of work contract setup and delivery. Also required is experience with new business setup in North and South America.
