Position requiresbr 1. Consulting bid development and review experience;br 2. Consulting project management of tasks, resources, risks and finances;br 3. Oracle Method TCM experience;br 4. Oracle estimators OUM and ICET;br 5. Risk management strategy definition for consulting projects; andbr 6. Consulting project portfolio management such as project progress tracking through periodic project reviews and monthly status report reviews.
