Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and two 2 years of experience in managing engineering delivery items and development; managing budgets; healthcare claims; Oracle, Postgres, or RDBMS; Cloud Kubernetes or CICD technologies; EDI transactions; and Java, Spring or DROOLS.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
