Requires a Bachelors degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field and 2 years of experience in position offered or related position. Must have 2 years of experience utilizing data query tools i.e. SAS, SQL, etc. and analytical software to develop, test and execute analyses and reporting; Must have 2 years of experience enhancing existing processes and reporting through automation, quality control, presentation, and insights; Must have 2 years of experience conducting statistical analysis and developing profitdriven decision frameworks and risk strategies; Must have 2 years of experience designing tests and experiments to collect data and test new models, programs, andor strategies; and Must have 1 year of experience as subject matter expert for Repossession and Recovery strategies.
