Experience must have included Performing diligence of private growth companies including technology industries; Leveraged buyout and MA; Financial and valuation analysis of private growth companies; Bottoms up budgeting, cash flow management and financial modeling including LBO and DCF; Strategy and operations consulting with emphasis on, revenue growth strategies, process design and improvement and behavioral change management; Data science and analytics including predictive modeling, regression analysis and simulation modeling; Use of SQL Server, SFDC CRM, advanced excel modeling, visual basic and macros; and Implementation and integration of SFDC CRM and ERP systems.
