6 years of experience in the Oil Gas Industry; 6 years of experience in Oil Gas operations; 5 years of experience in a leadership role in offshore operations; Experience with maintenance, reliability, and mechanical integrity engineering at strategic and processes levels; Experience with the operation and maintenance of both rotating and static equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves; Knowledge of applicable international codes and standards such as American Petroleum Institute API, American Society for Testing and Material ASTM; Experience with applications that include Reliability Centered Maintenance RCM, Risk Based Inspections RBI, Root Cause Analysis, Defect Elimination, and Life Cycle Analysis; Knowledge of offshore production operations with background and knowledge of the applicable statutes, rules, ordinances, codes, standards, regulations and safety management systems for production operations; Experience with leadership in the areas of safety and environmental performance, managing large operating budget, staff, and operating assets; Experience in leading multidiscipline teams, performance evaluations, competency training, and organizational changes; Experience leading a large organization to higher performance by providing clear direction, defined and practiced value based culture, and continuous improvement processes to reduce risk and increase reliability; Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Experience preparing and managing programs and departmental budgets; Experience using standard software packages such as Microsoft Office; Knowledgeable of the Incident Command System for emergency response duties.br br Experience in H.6A and H.10A must be post baccalaureate and progressive.
