In the position of Project Engineer, Mr. Shivaraju worked with Research Development and Manufacturing to develop and implement battery making and packaging technology solutions, primary focus will be project management related activities. He applied project management knowledge and technical expertise to optimize the technical execution of plastic molding and metal forming technologies, prepare detailed schedules, optimize resource utilization to achieve the fastest and most costeffective execution plan for the different machinery required.. He used schedule management software MicroSoft Project to develop the plan and managing the execution of project activities including installation and startup; used engineering design and analysis software including SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Minitab, Power BI, and Tableau.. He followed and leveraged the proper engineering tools and work processes. He was responsible for delivering and ensuring plastic molding and metal forming and manufacturing readiness.
