NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT – $154,253.00/Year

Position requires academic or industry experience in the following skills Seven 7 years of supervisory experience; Knowledge of rail transit industry safety, operations, mechanical, and maintenance procedures, standards, and practices; Knowledge of rail passenger service delivery; Public or Private experience in Transit industry; and Federal Railroad Administration FRA or Federal Transit Administration FTA Regulatory knowledge.br br Will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign academic equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, and twelve 12 years of experience in a public transportation system which includes rail operations and management.br br In lieu of a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent, employer will accept four 4 years of work experience in a public transportation system which includes rail operations and management.br br Special skills requirements enumerated in H14 may be attained through academic or industry experience. Any required proficiency andor skills pertaining to the applicants qualifications which are not listed explicitly at Section K Alien Work Experiencewere satisfied by the applicant through academic experience or are implicit within the context of the job duties previously performed by the applicant as set forth at Section K.
