Requires a Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Technical design or a related field plus 3 years of related experience. Position requires experience in each of the followingbr 3 years of working knowledge of garment construction and basic manufacturing processes for a specific product or multiple product categories;br 2 years of experience with cost breakdowns and garment component costs including ability to analyze cost to determine cost drivers;br 1 year of experience manually calculating landed costs and estimated costs;br 1 year of experience with customs product classifications and style details which dictate classificationimport duty rates;br 1 year of experience with general garment quality requirements including the ability to analyze garment testing and work with manufacturer to resolve testing issues color fastness, crocking, shrinkage, torque, seam slippage, flammability, hazardous materials, and fiber content;br 1 year of experience managing multiple competing priorities with specific deadline dates aligned to development and delivery;br 2 years of experience negotiating costs at a style level and large volume program level and ability to negotiate product timing;br 1 year of experience reading and understanding garment tech pack including visual construction standards, spec measurements, and bill of materials; and,br Any amount of experience working in a PLM system used to create, manage, and store style data.br br Travel Requirement 10 international business travel is required.br Telecommuting is permitted.
