Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field or its equivalent and one year of related experience.br br Requires experience with the followingbr Prioritizing and triaging both maintenance and new feature requests using a standardized process and tools including ServiceNow or Jira;ITIL and ITSM practices, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management and the CMDB;br Managing a program roadmap with multiple projects, accounting for feature dependencies and discovery cycles with stakeholders;br Managing stakeholder relationships with appropriate communication using reporting tools;br Agile software development lifecycle, including support;br Software development in a modern programming language, including Java, C#, C, and JavaScript;br Engineering standards and practices, including code review, ITIL change management practices, and CICD concepts.br Telecommuting permitted.
