Masters in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and three years of experience in position offered or in an investment banking associate or analyst role at an investment banking or financial services firm.br br All required experience must have included pitching and conducting mergers acquisitions transactions and capital raise in the healthcare sector; performing company valuation analyses on healthcare companies using methodologies including leverage buyout model, discounted cash flow model, comparable company analysis and precedent transaction analysis; creating financial projection models for clients; conducting industry research and analyzing industry trends using filings and research reports; drafting complex client deliverables such as pitch materials, management presentations, and information memoranda; using databases such as Capital IQ and Pitchbook to research companies and screen potential buyersinvestors; managing transaction due diligence process and coordinating with attorneys and accountants on due diligence; participating in client and buyerinvestors meetings; and coordinating on preparation or negotiation of transaction related legal documents such as engagement letter and nondisclosure agreement.
