Requires a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field plus 7 years of cellular or telecommunications experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field plus 5 years of cellular or telecommunications experience. Requires any amount of experience in the following Working with major OEM providers; Performing RF link budget analysis, propagation modeling, and predication; Analyzing network parameters for optimization of KPIs; Designing and planning tools including Planet EV, Atoll, Asset, and ACP; Managing drive test teams, market benchmark drive tests, or CW tests; Data collection and processing tools, including TEMS, NEMO, XCAL, and Actix; Leading teams in deployment and migration of new sites and carriers in GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G; and MapInfo. Must be able to work flexible hours and support night or weekend work as required. Various domestic travel across the US as needed.
