Requires Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field. Position requires 3 years of related experience in the field of global mobility in the mining industry, which requires some experience with each of the following Outlining a current state analysis of global companys mobility program and ability to manage high volume of employee movement; Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and providing innovative solutions to improve a global mobility program; Mine site or region functions and prioritizing global, functional, regional and mine sites functions; Coordinating global travel, allowance tracking, and time off tracking using travel booking processes and systems; SAP or global HRIS software; and Expatriate management at regional and site levels in a mining or drilling location.
