Requires Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.br br Requires 15 years progressive postbachelors experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Develop metallurgical models for comminution, and hydrometallurgical circuits for mineral processing equipment; Metallurgical process plant benchmarking and optimization of key performance criteria recovery, throughput, and process cost; Establishing process plant capital and operating cost estimates; Commissioning of metallurgical process plants; Metallurgical Scoping, Prefeasibility and Feasibility studies including preparation of necessary study documentation and technical reports; Defining metallurgical testing programs and interpretation of metallurgical test results for flowsheet development; and Develop and assist sitebased MinetoMill studies.
