Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field plus three 3 years of financial modeling experience in the real estate industry.br br Must have three 3 years of experience in the following Financial modeling by using Microsoft Excel with proficiency in VBA and Argus Enterprise; use of CoStar, Real Capital Analytics or similar real estate data sources; knowledge of real estate finance, lease accounting, commercial real estate lease, investments, and income and property tax; creation of DCF cash flow from scratch and one 1 year of underwriting experience.br br 10 domestic travel to meet with clients and brokers.
